To passion or not to passion

We’ve all heard it before: “just follow your passion”.

Every time I turn around it seems like someone is talking about why this is bad advice.

And, while I know what they’re getting at, I’m going to push back on that idea a bit.

Passion certainly isn’t everything, but I believe it plays an important role in the work we do.
